How to add/update ‘Leads’ info in the application?

After logging into the application there will be an option of “CRM” on the left side. Under “CRM” we have “Leads”.

Clicking on this option of “Leads” will redirect to the screen where the list of existing leads will be displayed along with the two options to add new lead, one is using “Import Leads” and another one is “New Lead” CTA.

This list of existing leads can be filtered by Lead Status, attempted to contact, Lost lead, contact in future, Contacted, etc…

Clicking on “Import Leads” will redirect to the screen where the user needs to first download the file format using the hyperlink available on the screen, provide the required data in the excel file and then upload the same into QwikBills application.

Clicking on “New Lead” will redirect to the below screen where the user needs to provide the details and clicking on submit will create the individual lead.

As per the progress on the lead, the lead status can be updated for example: Contact in future, attempted to contact, Contacted, etc.…
