How to add the opening balance for a customer?
After logging into the application there will be an option of “Masters” on the left side. Under “Masters” we have “Finance” under which there is an option of “Open Balance – Customers”.
Clicking on this option will redirect to the screen with a list of existing customers with opening balance, along with an option to add a new customer with opening balance.

Customer opening balance can be added for both ‘Debit’ or ‘Credit’ using the “Action” field.
